Gallbladder Polyps: Causes, Risks, Treatment Options, Prevention Tips
Gallbladder polyps are masses of tissue that grow in various sizes on the inside wall of the gallbladder. They may be extremely small, although some of the larger ones grow to one centimeter in diameter or larger. They often protrude from the interior lining. Approximately one in twenty-five patients are found to have gallbladder polyps when they visit their doctor for gallbladder problems.
Doctors haven’t been able to determine why gallbladder polyps grow. But statistically, someone who has reached 50 years of age or already has gallstones is more likely to have gallbladder polyps.
Five different categories of gallbladder polyps have been categorized by the medical profession.
* Cholesterosis – Of the five gallbladder polyp types, this is the most common. It is partially formed by cholesterol.
* Adenocarcinoma – This type is actually a form of gallbladder cancer, and is therefore dangerous.
The other three types are known as hyperplastic, adenomyomatosis, and cholecystosis.
Most people who have this disorder don’t even know it because gallbladder polyp symptoms are rare. However, they may cause some degree of tenderness in the abdomen. This discomfort occurs in the upper right of the abdomen, and may be steady or intermittent. If discomfort is severe and constant, it is probably not a symptom of gallbladder polyps. The cause is more likely to be gallstones.
More often than not, polyps are discovered because your doctor is diagnosing other gallbladder problem symptoms. They can be seen in a simple ultrasound test.
When polyps are detected, follow up tests will be needed to determine if they’re malignant.
Gallbladder polyp management or treatment usually isn’t needed.
Gallbladder polyp surgery usually means removing the entire gallbladder, and is typically done only when the patient is experiencing a distressing level of pain. “Cholecystectomy” is the medical term for a gallbladder removal operation. A cholecystectomy is often the best way to prevent future gallbladder problems once they begin to appear. Your gallbladder is not a critical organ, so it can be removed without danger. The liver “takes over” many gallbladder functions once the gallbladder has been removed.
As was previously mentioned, the most common gallbladder polyp (known as cholesterosis) is a combination of cholesterol and tissue. To avoid gallbladder polyps (in fact to avoid most types of gallbladder problems), you should eat a low cholesterol diet that includes a lot of cholesterol free foods.
You can improve your chances of preventing gallbladder polyps and other gallbladder problems by following these additional guidelines:
* reduce your consumption of fried foods as much as possible and limit the amount of red meat in your diet
* be careful of salad dressings which contain a lot of unhealthy fats or sugars. Stick to olive oil and vinegar.
* stay away from high cholesterol, fatty foods and big meals just before bedtime
* if you wish to lose weight, do so at a moderate pace. Doing too much too fast can be harmful to your gallbladder and the rest of your digestive system.
To avoid making gallbladder trouble worse if you already have problems
* stay away from carbonated drinks
* use low fat dairy products when possible
* when shopping for meat, choose lean cuts and remove visible fat before cooking..
* ask your doctor about fish oil capsules. These contain omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce the amount of cholesterol formation in bile..
* find recipes that contain ginger and tumeric, which have been shown to be good for the gallbladder.
And naturally, a diet that’s good for your gallbladder will benefit your heart too, so make sure your meals include a lot of fruits, vegetables and grains.

Great Barrier Reef, Australia

NASA image acquired August 10, 2012
Off the coast of Queensland, in north-eastern Australia, lies the Coral Sea, a beautiful blue bit of ocean that covers the world’s largest coral reef system, the Great Barrier Reef. From space, the Great Barrier Reef looks like a string of gem-toned jewels lying roughly parallel to the Australian coastline. In fact, the Reef is made up of over 2,900 individual reefs and about 900 islands.
Created by coral polyps, the Reef not only originated from living organisms, it also serves as home for a huge diversity of life. According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), which adopted the Great Barrier Reef as a World Heritage Site in 1981, it contains not only the world’s largest collection of coral reefs, with 400 types of coral, but the Reef also supports 1,500 species of fish and 4,000 types of mollusk. It also is an important habitat of species such as the dugong (‘sea cow’) and the large green turtle, which are threatened with extinction.
The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) aboard NASA’s Terra satellite captured this beautiful true-color image on August 10, 2012. The tip of Queensland, which holds Lakefield National Park in the southeast section of the image and Mungkan Kandu National Park in the northwest, bears the typical tan color of a late winter landscape. A few clouds stream over the Coral Sea and over the northeastern-most tip of the land, while the Great Barrier Reef shines in the blue waters just off the coast.
On August 1, 2012, PLOS One, an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, online scientific publication, published a study that, for the first time ever, identified melanoma found in the skin of a wild fish population. Scientists from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom diagnosed this skin cancer in 15% of the coral trout (P. leopardus) collected from several of the reefs in the Great Barrier Reef.
In domestic fish species, in cats and in humans, an increase in incidence of melanoma is correlated to increased exposure to UV radiation. Melanoma is often an aggressive and fatal type of cancer.
The appearance of this syndrome in an economically important species of fish within the Great Barrier Reef raises significant questions, including potential links to increases in UV radiation from stratospheric ozone depletion – alone or in combination with other environmental stressors, the effect of melanoma on the health and longevity of affected coral trout, and the impact of the newly-recognized disease on other fish species and other reefs.

Looking Out An Answer For How Do You Get Rid Of Skin Tags?
Skin tags are nothing but small growths that develop on the skin. They are also referred as acrochordon. They hang on the skin with the help of a stalk. This stalk is called peduncle. They are of the same color as that of the skin or may be a little more pigmented. Even though they are harmless, they are very unsightly. There are high chances of them getting rubbed against the clothes or jewelry and thus leading to a lot of pain and discomfort. These are the factors due to which people often choose to get them removed.
The important question that now comes into picture is how do you get rid of skin tags. There are numerous ways to get rid of skin tags. Before having a look at the ways in which they can be removed, it is important to know how they are caused. The primary reason for them to appear is the constant friction between the folds of the skin. Constant friction with jewelry or clothes also results in their formation. The chest, neck or the armpits are the most common places where skin tags are found.
Skin tags are not formed on people of particular gender. Both men and women are equally likely to get it. People aged more than sixty generally have more probability of the occurrence of skin tags. Tags can be formed in women during the phases of pregnancy and menopause due to the hormonal changes that are usually associated with them. Being overweight or having diabetes are also the conditions that lead to the formation of tags.
One can visit a doctor to get the tag removed. A doctor would do a minor surgery to remove it. The doctor may numb the area around the tag before removing it.
A scalpel or a scissor may then be used to cut the tag. This procedure involves certain amount of blood loss. The doctor will then apply an antibiotic ointment on the area to prevent the formation of any kind of infection.
Freezing is yet another method used to remove tags. Liquid nitrogen is commonly used to freeze the tags. The removal of tags does not fall under the category of medical problems. Majority of the insurance companies thus do not cover it. The one who is getting the tags removed thus needs to pay for it. The removal of the tags using the clinical methods is thus expensive. Removing the tags at home is thus the option considered by majority of people.
One among the many home removal methods include tying the tag with a dental floss or a string. By doing such a thing the blood supply to the tag is obstructed. The tag would ultimately dry and fall off. This is one of the most commonly used techniques. Based on the location of the tag, help might be needed to tie the tag. The major pitfall of this technique is that it takes around a couple of weeks for the tag to fall off.

Are your skin moles dangerous?
They say that skin moles are cancerous. That may not be the case, though. How can you tell if a skin mole is cancerous or not? You might have seen many people with moles on their cheek, chin, forehead or other parts of the body. Some people think they make the face look prettier. For some, they only serve to be distractions, especially if they have irregular shapes and sizes. That could get quite irritating. You might look very beautiful but these moles might spoil this beauty.
In such situations, it is wise to take some efforts to remove the skin moles. When moles are found to be cancerous, it becomes more imperative to have them removed. In certain people, cancerous moles can be easily identified. In other cases, a cancerous mole can go undiagnosed. It might seem to be a normal one, but it can turn cancerous. Simple observation from time to time of moles can make you notice if there are changes. For instance, when your normal moles are turning into cancerous ones, the symmetry or the number of moles might be showing a drastic change.
The border of moles, the diameter and other features might also be providing you a clue that your normal moles are converting into harmful ones. As long as these skin moles are benign, it does not lead to any health concerns. But at the slightest indication that they are dangerous, see to it immediately. If you don’t, there would be a risk that the moles will increase in number. That would lead to the faster spread of cancer. At that time, the damage to the body will be beyond repair.
If you have a doctor, check if the moles are cancerous, the moles’ size, location, shape and other details will be examined. Surgical excision will be performed on the border of the moles. Only a small portion is removed and you need not be worried. The tissue will, then be sent to the pathology department. Here it is thoroughly checked.
Changes in the color of the skin moles are also good indicators. Say, for instance, your mole’s color is brown; it has to be brown for the entire mole. If the color is not consistent throughout the mole, it can be cancerous. Uniformity of color and its consistency are vital indicators. Next, the symmetry of the moles will be checked, as well as their diameter.
Moles, which seem to be a little itchy or those moles that do not have an even surface can actually be cancerous. Benign moles normally have well-defined borders. If it causes pain or if it bleeds a little, then you surely need to meet the doctor. The shape or surface of both sides of the moles should look the same. Without that perfect symmetry, you might be dealing with a cancerous mole. Be vigilant and check your moles closely for any uncharacteristic changes.
Naked Mole-Rat 20th Anniversary at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo
Twenty years ago today, the Smithsonian’s National Zoo welcomed naked mole-rats (Heterocephalus glaber) into its collection. These rodents, which are more closely related to porcupines and guinea pigs than to their namesake, are one of only a handful of mammals that exhibit eusocial behavior. Like insects such as termites and bees, naked mole-rats follow a hierarchical social structure that consists of one breeding female called the queen, up to three breeding males and many non-breeding workers and soldiers. In the wild, a single colony may contain as few as 20 individuals or as many as 300 individuals.
Eleven naked mole-rats are currently on exhibit at the Zoo’s Small Mammal House, though two other colonies, each comprised of nine individuals, live off-exhibit. Nearly 300 naked mole-rat pups have been born here and survived to adulthood since 1991. However, no pups have survived in the last 10 years. For unknown reasons, it is common for captive colonies to self-regulate their population. In the wild and in human care, these animals can live upwards of 30 years old.
Naked mole-rats are native to the arid-desert and semi-grassy regions of Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia in Eastern Africa and spend most of their lives navigating through dark underground tunnels. Because they have poor eyesight, they rely on smell, touch and hearing to get around. Measuring only three inches long, these rodents sport very little hair and have bare, wrinkly skin which varies in color from pink to grayish-pink. In addition to hairy feet, they also have hairy mouths that prevent them from swallowing dirt while they dig with their large incisor teeth.

Laser Mole Removal - Amazing Technique For Removing Small Skin Moles
There are several ways to get rid of moles on your skin and a technique that is used quite widely is the laser mole removal technique. Advancement in electronics and laser technology has made the process simple and painless. However there are limitations with this method also.
Laser mole removal is most suitable to remove flat and small moles. If the mole protrudes out a bit or if it is large in size then it may not be easy to remove them using laser technology. This is because laser technology removes the top layer of the affected skin. The power of laser technology may not easily penetrate large and deep moles.
When you use laser mole removal technique the skin around the mole may turn red or dark in appearance. This is a side effect of burning the skin with laser beam. However over the next few weeks this dark skin will fall off. Laser technique does not mean you will not have any scars. So be ready to treat scars after this treatment.
For large sized moles it is better to go with other techniques like surgery and natural methods. Surgery may leave a scar on your skin. However natural techniques may give you a blemish less skin. However natural techniques will not give any instant results.
If you opt for the laser mole removal technique it is important to follow some precautions after you get the moles removed. You will have to protect the skin from ultra violet rays from the sun. If required wear a big hat that gives good protection. You will also have to prevent any kind of infection to the skin while the skin is healing.
If you want to get rid of moles permanently there is a proven natural technique that will produce results in just 3 days. This may seem impossible, but is 100% true. If you are serious about getting rid of this problem, don’t miss trying this product – click here

Laser Mole Removal - Amazing Technique For Removing Small Skin Moles
Natural Mole Removal Procedures
There are a number of different words that are used to describe moles, and for those of us that have them on areas of our body where we do not want them, the words are not typically pleasant. People have had moles all throughout the centuries and for as long as they have had them, they have looked for natural ways to get rid of them. In reality, a mole is nothing more than a clump of pigmented skin cells that makes it stand out from the rest of the body. There may also be some times, however, whenever moles are raised from the surface of the body and they can be quite unattractive.
There are several different methods of mole removal that are typically used. There are also a number of natural cures which really don’t work very well at all. In order for you to remove the mole you actually need to remove the skin or to change the pigment of it in some way or another. Here are two different ways of naturally removing moles from your body, each of which tends to be rather effective.
The first method of natural mole removal is by using an over-the-counter cream. There are several natural creams that are readily available which claim to be able to take care of your mole problem, once and for all. Although they are available in the local drugstore, you will typically find a better variety used at your local vitamin store or natural health food store. There are also a lot of different websites which offer these creams as well. In order for you to find out if one of these creams works for you or not, you are going to need to try it for an extended period of time. These natural cures do not happen overnight so you need to make sure that you use it long enough to see if you’re going to get results or not.
Another form of natural mole removal can be done whenever you’re having a facial. Many of the people who do facials have access to equipment that can zap the moles and remove them from your body. Whenever you have this procedure done in the mole will scab over for a couple of weeks and then the scab will fall off, leaving a red spot that eventually will heal and the mole will be gone.

Flap Over Flip-Flops
Flip-flops have come a long way from their humble beginnings as a beach and pool staple. You can still get the cheap, plastic thongs at grocery and drug stores for a few bucks but you can also invest in a pair of plastic designer flip flops with Australian Crystals which will cost you $ 140 a pair! Due to their popularity, and relative comfort, flip-flops have migrated from the pool and beach scene to everyday wear, which includes the work place.
If a company has a dress code, chances are flip flops are singled out as inappropriate footwear. The resurgence of flip-flop popularity has become the bane of many human resource managers. Most classify flip-flop style footwear as “beachwear”, but many employees see them as a comfortable summer accessory.
But, it turns out that flip-flops can not only damaging to your career, but they can be damaging to your feet, ankles, and even your back.
Wearing your favorite flip-flops for a few hours at the pool or on the beach is totally appropriate. Problems arise when you wear them for 5-10 hours a day. Even though they might be the perfect compliment for your cute summer dress they are not designed to be worn for long periods of time. Most are completely flat with no support for the arch and the heel. Generally, they provide no shock absorption when you walk. Once you leave the beach, flip flops expose your feet to a host of injuries including blisters, stubbed toes and nail injuries.
Physicians and podiatrists have been complaining for years about the medical problems that result from excessive flip-flop usage. Physicians are reporting that due to the lack of support, flip flops can lead to foot pain and even plantar fascitis, which is inflammation of the band of tissue that extends along the bottom of the foot causing extreme pain. Lack of support can cause even further damage to the alignment of the body, which is a pre-curser for hip and back injuries.
Other medical problems include tendinitis, ankle injuries and Achilles tendon issues due to the stretching of this tendon. Daily wear can cause shin splints because flip-flops provide no shock absorption. Additionally, if the shock from the heel strike is not absorbed appropriately from the ground it is transmitted to other parts of the body such as the lower leg, hip, knee and the back.
Do you know where your flip-flops have been? Consider that the ground is full of pathogens and bacteria that get sucked up with the motion of the “flop” and can land on your skin causing a nasty skin infection. Bacteria including fecal matter, skin and respiratory germs can also get on the walking surface of the flip-flop and lead to illness.
Recent studies of flip-flops indicate they can harbor over 180,000 bacteria per pair including lethal germs. The presence of these germs is always there regardless of your footwear, but if you have a cut or blister on your unprotected foot it can easily turn into a serious infection.
There are some people with compromised feet due to other health reasons that should never wear flip-flops. People with circulatory problems, arthritis or neuroma’s should not leave their feet vulnerable in a flip-flop. A closed toe and heel is most supportive and protective for these individuals.
Flip –flops are fun, free spirited and comfortable. Wear them with abandon in appropriate environments and for limited periods of time and you shouldn’t have any trouble. If you push their limits your flip-flop fantasy might be a flipping nightmare.

60 Minutes - Dr OZ Cuts to the Chase on the Best Resveratrol Tabs on the Market
There must be some reason why some Resveratrol supplements as viewed on 60 Minutes are better than others.
In case you’re not familiar with Resveratrol, this is the new anti-aging tab which Dr OZ reported on, on the Oprah Show recently regarding the age old question of:
“What’s the secret to the fountain of youth?”
Found in the root of the Knotweed and the skin of the Muscadine grape is a polyphenol extremely high in anti-oxidants that when consumed daily dietitians have observed, cleanses your arteries and increases your longevity.
This was found to be true of both communities of Okinawa and Sardinia who have some of the largest populations of centenarians in the world.
What Dr OZ and dietitians alike agree on are that by consuming between 20mg to 50mg of “pure” resv as both these communities do, you will be greatly increasing your chances of extending your life and reducing many risks of heart related illnesses in the future, as well as adding immense vitality to your skin.
What you should avoid however, watchdog organizations warn, are supplement pills which contain less than the advised daily volume of “pure”resv.
Some resv tabs which claim to offer 200mg of resv per capsule but in fact, when the products arrive, the labeling may state there is just 8% of “pure” resv in each capsule, therefor just 16mg per tab.
The customer is obviously misinformed here, as most people go for these products because of exactly the “high” resv count advertised on their website, plus you may end up paying almost $ 18 ($ 16.98 + $ 0.98 shipping) which makes these some of the more expensive resv products on the market.
There are however a number of alternatives, which 60 minutes reported on and which Dr OZ touched on as an alternative to popping a tab.
Available in grape flavor with 150mg of “pure” resv per capsule, this is one alternative to cleansing your arteries and replenishing your skin at a fractions of the cost.

How To Remove A Mole With Honey
You may have heard of folks having good mole removal with honey and wondered if you could have some success with this home remedy . I am sharing the 4 steps you can get started with so you can see for yourself how to remove a mole in the comfort of your own home.
I completely understand anyone who has a mole they would like to get rid of because my light complextion was filled with them! Classmates in school used to make fun and for years I figured it was just an issue I had to live with.
How to remove moles from your face or body using honey. Below are the steps to take:
1. Check that the area surrounding the mole is clean, you need the spot to be free of oils that normally come out on the skin surface so take a wash cloth with some soapy warm water and wipe the area clean.
2. Use typical table honey from the grocery store. The type of honey should not make a difference but note that you would prefer to be at room temp , do not stick the container in the refrigerator or heat it as this may change the nature of the enzymes.
3. Apply a liberal total amount of honey to the mole and then cover it with a band-aid so the honey is kept in place.
4. Reapply every day (I recommend reapplying twice a day) and put a new band-aid on every single time.
You may need to reapply for days of longer depending on a variety of reasons such as the moles original size, whether its elevated or flat, whether or not there are layers of darkish pigment below the skin, correct application, and so on.
The explanation as to how honey is effective at getting rid of moles and skin blemishes is because of the enzymes located in honey.
Also although honey has been employed for hundreds of years as a home remedy for skin blemishes, it was not right up until not too long ago that researchers absolutely comprehended the healing properties of honey.
Honey helps the skin by means of these healing enzymes and it additionally includes nourishing vitamins and minerals as well as antibiotic properties.
There are other procedures of mole removal like surgical procedure and laserlight therapies but there are details to take into account with these techniques, in particular the excessive expense and possibility of scarring. My own personal opinion is to try a home treatment first as I find they are very cheap and usually have really few side effects.
Note: you should have any mole evaluated for cancer first before applying a home remedy – don’t take a chance.
I hope you have discovered this info helpful. You can get successful mole elimination with honey and there are other home cures available as well that will make it possible for you to fade your moles away
You may have concerns about doing this the right way and you may have additional concerns if the mole you want to get rid of is in a visible spot such as your face. That is why I have provided some additional information on how to remove moles from your face as well as details about a system that gives you the confidence of step by step directions for getting rid of all types of moles easily, naturally and without surgery: How To Remove Moles
Day 085 (Year 7) 057/365 AND Day 2278: 3 Moles Removed
Since I had noticed that 2 moles on my upper chest had changed color, I called my dermatologist for an appointment. I went to see him this morning. He did not think that the moles looked cancerous but was willing to remove them if I desired; so, he removed 3 moles from my neck area. (You probably don’t see them in my pictures because I usually use iPhoto to erase them from my neck.)
I realized that I had 1.5 hours with nothing to do and didn’t want to drive back home (about 40 mins. roundtrip). I had gotten an email from the country club about their lunch specials. A couple of the entrees sounded delicious; so, I called Jim to say that I’d go and eat lunch. I found out that he was already there because he’d forgotten to make himself some turkey bologna sandwiches for lunch. You can see my lunch below: Baja Quesadillas with Asparagus and sour cream/salsa. It was very yummy.
I drove on over to the Senior Center and having a few extra minutes, I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Just as I was walking to Becky’s Beginner Line Dance Class, my cell phone rang. Mother’s name came up as the caller. When I answered, my sister told me that she was at Mother’s house calling me to say that Mother was being transported to the hospital. I was glad since I knew that she needed medical attention.
During the middle of line dance class, I texted Jim to tell him about Mother. That’s when he told me that the bridge over Frank’s Creek on Shiloh Road was closed due to excessive rain water flowing south. After class, I went to the game room at the senior center and played Chickenfoot (dominoes) with 5 friends. One lady lives near me; so, I told her about the closed bridge. She said that she drives home via Highway #41 and Union Road every day; so, that’s how I arrived home too.
Jim and I didn’t eat any proper supper since we’d had a large lunch. We watched an episode of a different series: "The Last Detective." It’s a good show, but unfortunately it doesn’t have closed caption; so, we have to guess about 30% of the words that we can’t understand with their British accent.
Later my sister called to let me know that the hospital was taking good care of Mother and that she’d admitted that she couldn’t live by herself. Now that is a MIRACLE from God!

Natural Mole Removal
Most people think that natural mole removal is not possible and many choose to go for expensive surgery procedures to get rid of the unsightly moles.
In actual fact, natural mole removal is the better option when talking about removing benign moles. However, if the mole is malignant or too severe, surgery is still the best method as to get rid of all underlying cancerous cells.
Reasons why natural mole removal is better for benign moles:
1. Cheaper solution
Natural procedures emphasize the use of natural ingredients that can be easily found in your local store. These natural things are inexpensive and the solution can usually be used to remove up to 10 moles. While cosmetic surgery procedure requires high medical fee per treatment, you may need more than one treatment to remove a single mole.
2. Minimum scarring issue
No one would want an unsightly scar after removal of a mole. So, scarring tissue is a major concern for most mole sufferers. As natural mole removal does not involve the cutting or stitching of your skin, thus possible of scarring is rare. However, it is possible if you do not take proper care of the mole during the healing process. On the other hand, both cosmetic surgery and laser treatment pose the risk of scarring.

Erase Skin Tags In Your Own Home
It is becoming quite often that people are having problems with the covering upon their bodies, known as skin. This coating is important, if we are to live for a long period of time. Without this, the insides, of our physiques, would quickly succumb to all sorts of toxins, and diseases, resulting in our deaths. It is essential that we treat any problems, so soon as possible, so that we can remain in the best of health. Any skin tags can be abolished, safely at home, with some help from an online source.
Acrochorda is the medical term for these kinds of protrusions which grow on the epidermis. These are benign growths which grow when skin rubs together on various parts of the body. Apparently, they will grow in moist, dark, places where friction occurs. Typical places for these to appear are the armpits, groin, under the breasts, eyelids, neck, and upper chest.
Humans who weigh too much, and those who are morbidly obese are the most prone to these dilemmas. Let us understand, because there are more skin folds, to scrape against themselves, there is the tendency to have these epidermal extensions. Women who are carrying babies inside them, with larger hormonal flow, can become victims to this affliction.
Please do not think because you are in better shape that this leaves you out. People who have utilized banned steroids to quickly change their physiques, into muscular monstrosities, will most likely have these enlargements emerge on their bodies. Steroids intrude upon muscles, and the collagen fibers bond to one another creating these horrendous lesions. Diabetics should also be cautioned as these skin deformities seem to be drawn to people who have trouble keeping their blood sugar within normal ranges.
A physician who works with the epidermis will be more than happy to take off any lumps. But, do you really want to spend a lot of your money to take these away? Consider that the price to remove just one can cost you more than one hundred dollars, in many cases. What about any scars which might be left behind? Do you want the memory of any of these bulges to stay with you for the rest of your life?
You can also decide you want to leave the tags upon your body. This is fine but, troubles can arise. With clothing, jewelry, horseplay, and long hair the tags can be snagged and become irritated. Soreness, and infection can set in making a simple circumstance, into a dangerous one. As we all well know, infection is no laughing matter.
Clinically examined and physician endorsed medication is available, which will harmlessly withdraw these unsightly bulges. Some of these medications can do the work overnight!

Abstract
Acephate, an organophosphorus pesticide, has been proved to play an important role in tissue damage by inducing oxidative stress through the release of free radicals. The aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effect of the plant phenolic compounds present in Enydra fluctuans against acephate toxicity based on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzymes profile in rats. An oral dose of acephate at 30 mg/kg of body weight has been given against the extracts containing 20mg of polyphenolic compounds (expressed as gallic acid equivalents)/kg body weight for 14 days. The results showed that under the influence of the pesticides, there was significant decrease in the activities of the antioxidant enzymes SOD, Catalase and Glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and an increase in the non-enzymatic Glutathione, with respect to the normal and the plant extract gavaged groups. Also that there was an increase in the plasma and erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation levels in the pesticide treated group compared to the normal or the group treated with the plant extract. The present study thus gives an insight into the ill-effects of this organophosphate and the protective role of plant polyphenols in minimizing those effects.
