Skin Tag - How To Kill It

There may be times when ever we have growths on our skin and although they are benign, they can be rather frustrating. Talk to anybody that has skin tags on their body and they’re going to tell you that they would much rather not have them. They can appear almost anywhere but they tend to appear in places where the skin folds, such as underneath the arms or the eyelids. In order to get rid of skin tags, you need to kill them in some way or another and easiest way for you to do this is by cutting off its life force.

The first thing that you are going to need is some thin string or perhaps even some fishing line or dental floss. In order for you to get rid of the skin tag, you need to tie the string around the base of the skin tag as tightly as possible. Have you ever tied string around your finger and noticed that the end of that turns purple? This is because you are cutting off the blood supply to your finger. If you cut off the blood supply to the skin tag, you’re cutting off its ability to live.

One of the most frustrating things about killing skin tags in this way is the fact that the string does tend to fall off from time to time. It is better for you to have somebody else tie the string on so that they are able to tie it extremely tight around the base. Remember, the more blood you’re able to keep from circulating in the skin tag, the faster it is going to be removed. Once you effectively cut off the blood supply to the skin tag, it will fall off within just a couple of days.

Although it certainly is possible for the tag to come back again at the same place, more than likely you’re going to remove it once and for all. You may end up with a little bit of a scar where the skin tight once was but it will be far smaller than if you were to snip the skin tag off and you will have far less irritation and pain.

As a matter of fact, most people are able to get rid of their skin tags in this manner without any problem of irritation at all. Go ahead and try it.
